RITUAL
YONI STEAM : Steep herbs in a pot of hot water, sit above them so the temperature is comfortable with a cloth wrapped around you and the pot of herbs. You can find special stools for this ritual if you choose, they truly enhance this sacred experience. Enjoy the beneficial medicine for your tissues and open your world right up. Womb care for women.
SITZ SPRAY : Steep herbs in hot water, strain and cool in the fridge. Fill a peri-bottle (purchase the set here or use one you like), spray as needed after birth when you wipe to regenerate the tissues and repair any wounding. Cool tea will keep in fridge for up to 2 days.
